Southern Cross Cleaning (S.A.) (Pty) Ltd has been operating since 1980, and is owned and operated in South Australia, with its head office situated at 224 Seacombe Road, Seaview Downs and other offices in Salisbury and Murray Bridge. The company is currently under expansion, soon to have offices nationally. As, arguably, the largest South Australian based commercial cleaning organization, we pride ourselves on our professionalism with Company Managing Director, recently elected onto the executive of BSCAA (Building Service Contractors Association of Australia) The company is continually growing and currently employs in excess of 550 highly trained cleaners, supervisors, clerical and management staff. We strive to supply the most efficient service at all times and specialize in ongoing and periodic cleaning for over one hundred Government and Private schools as well as many commercial and industrial sites. We recently acquired the Garrison Support Contract, which encompasses RAAF and DSTO sites throughout South Australia. This is widely regarded as the premier contract in the State.

Supervision and training, of our staff, is ongoing and is of utmost importance with all new staff undertaking detailed inductions, followed by ongoing training programs through various training organisations. Quality and customer service is one of the main keys to our success, with all contracts being overseen by Area Managers. Contract specific Performance Management Systems are tailored to accommodate individual site specific KPI’s. These “custom made” Performance Management Systems are introduced at all sites. All sites are audited regularly in order to maintain high standards and any customer complaints are dealt with immediately and efficiently.  Southern Cross Cleaning (SA) is currently applying for third party certification to quality assurance standard: ISO 9001:2008, which should be completed January 2009.
